Mr. Parker,
I just wanted to take this time to thank you for a great tour of downtown's
haunted location. Your tour was the icing on the cake for our visit to your
great city. As I explained to my team, no one can give a tour like an
author. Your passion shows. I hope your next visit to Waverly will be a
